I'll work to lower the cost of living by expanding housing opportunities, reducing the burden of property taxes, keeping energy affordable, and supporting policies that help working families build financial security.

Strong communities aren't built through endless spending and cuts.

I'll champion practical investments in people, infrastructure, clean water, environmental protection, and local businesses that strengthen our economy, create jobs, and expand opportunity across our district.

The goal is simple: invest where it produces results, grow our economy, and make every tax dollar count.

3. Make it Possible to Stay Here

Young families deserve a path to homeownership. Seniors deserve the ability to downsize without leaving the communities they've spent a lifetime building.

I will support local planning and practical housing solutions that preserve community character while creating more opportunities for people at every stage of life to remain in the communities they call home.

4. Independent Leadership. Real Accountability

I answer to the people of this district - not to a political machine.

I'll work with anyone who has a good idea, regardless of political affiliation, and I'll judge every proposal on its results rather than its party label.
